Hosted Day Tour

On the morning of the Day Tour, join your You, Me & Friends Tour Host & Drivers at the Whangarei Club Car Park at 8.30am. A quick stop at the quirky Café Eutopia on the way down for a coffee & snack (at your own cost), then we drive to Spark Arena, Auckland for the 12pm Performance of Cirque du Soleil: Corteo.
Corteo highlights the strength and fragility of Mauro the clown, as well as his wisdom and kindness, to illustrate the portion of humanity that is within each of us. Mauro envisions that his own funeral will take place amid a carnival atmosphere and be attended by tender angels. While looking back on his personal experiences, he is met with multiple characters from his past in a joyful celebration of his life. But could it all be a dream?
The show contrasts the grand with the intimate, the silly with the tragic, and the beauty of perfection with the appeal of imperfection.
After an afternoon of entertainment, we head back over the harbour bridge and stop at Albany Westfield, where you can grab something to eat (at your own cost) and browse the shops. Then we continue back to Whangarei and drop you off at the Whangarei club car park at around 7pm.
