We start our adventure with an easy pick up from our central Whangarei homes, then
drive to Auckland Airport, and fly to Melbourne then head north by rental van to the town of Barooga (6 nights).
Barooga is situated on the banks of the Murray River, which forms the border between Victoria and New South Wales Australia. Along with it’s sister town Cobram, on the other side of the Murray, it is a charming and picturesque regional town, offering a perfect blend of relaxed country living and small-town charm.
For golfing enthusiasts, Cobram Barooga Golf club is a premier golf destination on the Murray River. Throughout the week, golfers will join our host for five days of play across 5 unique courses in Cobram and the surrounding area.
In the evenings, enjoy some quintessential Aussie hospitality at the RSL’s and Cossie Club’s of the area.
After a fabulous week, we will travel back to Melbourne airport (1 night), and from there fly to Auckland to meet our transport home. With all the details taken care of, this trip leaves you free to fully relax and enjoy yourself with good company.
