Hosted Day Tour

On the morning of the Tour, join your You, Me & Friends Tour Host & Drivers at the Whangarei Club Car Park at 7.45am.
We make a quick stop at the quirky Eutopia café on the way down for a coffee & snack (at your own expense), then we drive to Gibbs Farm on the Kaipara Highway. A private farm not usually open to the general public, Gibbs Farm is world renowned as home to a series of major site-specific artworks commissioned from some of the world’s most significant artists. With tickets to visit this park a rarity, this tour offers a unique opportunity.
After time to explore the wonders, your Host will lay out a picnic lunch to share with your fellow guest. You then continue your journey on to Matakana, with a chance to also explore the Matakana Sculptureum.
No visit to Matakana would be complete without a stop at Charlie’s Gelato – so we head here after the sculptureum, where you can choose from a wide variety of Gelato flavours.
After this we continue back to Whangarei and drop you off at the Whangarei club car park at around 5.30pm.
